Flat Roof
Flat roof structures are typically made of concrete. While conventional fitting solutions such as steel and aluminum are available in roofing systems, we offer our customers non-perforated mounting systems secured using weights for situations where drilling is not required.

Design
Although the overall design varies from system to system, each selected system includes various details that allow for adjustments such as system angle, panel layout, and east-west orientation.
Strength
In flat roof structures, when parts do not form a system, strength is evaluated on a part-by-part basis. However, when the parts are interconnected, a comprehensive system analysis is conducted, considering statics.
Assembly
In the assembly of flat roof systems, when it's necessary to drill the roof, this can be achieved using rods. However, when avoiding drilling into the roof is preferred, we can enhance the structure's resistance against wind by using weighted systems.
Material
The material and sections of the supporting system vary according to the project information and are made of ST-52 or ST-37 material.
System Angle
Designed in the range of 20-30 degrees according to the project.
Coating
Steel elements are coated with hot-dip galvanizing. The thickness varies according to the project.
Standart
ASCE 7-16, ANSI/AISC 360-10, ACI 318-14, EN 1993-1-1, EN 1991-1-1, EN 1990, TS500, TS 498,
Connection Elements
Aluminum clamps and steel flanged nuts are used.
Warranty
Our supporting systems come with a 2-year warranty.
