Trapezoidal Roof
One of the methods applied in our structures using trapezoidal sheet metal for roof cladding is known for its standardized approach. This system is applied to roofs with sufficient thickness to withstand tensile forces. In this system, which is implemented using full-length profiles, more screws (trapezoidal) than those used in sandwich panel installation are employed to provide adequate resistance to tensile forces. This method maintains the integrity of the roof while also enhancing structural safety.

Design
From a design perspective, there is often a standardization similar to the I-profile. This is designed with the assumption that the panels and profiles will generally be mounted vertically.

Strength
In terms of strength, this profile solution has been developed with detailed part analysis while maintaining standards.

Assembly
The profiles are usually mounted to the roof using pointed-tip screws. Additionally, EPDM strips placed under each screw provide insulation for the system.
Material
The material and sections of the supporting system vary according to the project information and are made of ST-52 or ST-37 material.
System Angle
Designed in the range of 20-30 degrees according to the project.
Coating
Steel elements are coated with hot-dip galvanizing. The thickness varies according to the project.
